However we also represent corporations in our fields of activities in judicial proceedings and assist them after reaching a positive judgement by the court with the enforcement of the adjudicated claim. The judicial and extrajudicial dunning proceedings up to law enforcement, the administration and verification of incoming payments from payment plan agreements as well as the conduct of a case are always tended to by particularly experienced members of staff. The collection of past due receivables is not limited to German boundaries.
We coordinate claim settlements with loaninsurers and counsel on questions regarding loan securities.
